What is The 2011/12 season Official QPR Membership Club?
It is a subscription scheme administered by the QPR Box Office offering fans a series a benefits including an exclusive Gift Box (or Rucksack for Junior U16s) and access to ticket discounts and presales.
How much does it cost to join?
£40 for Adults and £25 for Junior U16s.
If I become a Member, when will my Membership expire?
31st May 2012.
I have purchased a Season Ticket for the 2011/12 season. Does that automatically make me a Member?
No, only Season Ticket holders who purchased the Super Hoop Upgrade with their Season Ticket are automatically Members and are able to take advantage of Member benefits.
Does becoming a Member guarantee that I can buy tickets to home matches?
No, Members will gain access to the exclusive Members' Presale for all home league matches, so they will have access to tickets before non-Members. However, all tickets are subject to availability.
How many tickets can Members purchase during the Members' Presale for home league matches?
Unless otherwise advertised, Members will be eligible to purchase one ticket per person during the presale, subject to availability.
Does becoming a Member guarantee that I can buy tickets to away matches?
No, tickets to away matches will go on sale according to Loyalty Points. Fans that join the Membership scheme are automatically awarded 30 loyalty points, which means they will have access to away tickets before tickets go on General Sale. However, fans who purchase Season Tickets will receive significantly more Loyalty Points so will have access to the most sought after away tickets before they are offered to Members.

I have purchased a Membership. When will I receive my exclusive Gift Box (or Rucksack for Junior U16s)?
Within 28 days of ordering.
I have a Membership from last Season which has not yet expired. What is the voucher offer if I renew early?
If you renew your Membership before your old Membership expires, the QPR Box Office will send you a gift voucher at the following value:
£2.50 per full month remaining on your old Membership for Adults
£1.50 per full month remaining on your old Membership for Juniors
For example, if you renew an Adult Membership in July and your old Membership isn't due to expire until October, you will receive a £7.50 voucher (£2.50 x 3 months), which can be spent at the QPR Box Office or in the Club Superstore.
Do I have to renew early?
No, if you do not renew early your old Membership will still be valid until the expiry date printed on your Membership Card.
Do I still get a voucher if I renew my Membership when the expiry date is reached?
No, the value of the voucher is dependent on the time you have remaining on your 2010/11 Membership at the time when you renew.
I am taking advantage of the Renewal offer. When will I receive this voucher?
Within 28 days of ordering.
Is this voucher valid if I book tickets or order merchandise over the phone?
No, it can only be redeemed in person at the Box Office or Club Superstore.
How long do I have to spend my voucher?
It can be redeemed at any time before the 31st May 2012.
I have purchased a Membership. Do I receive a Membership Card?
All fans who join the Membership scheme will receive a Stadium Access Card, with the exception of fans who are also Season Ticket Holders. Season Ticket holders already have a Season Ticket Card which gives them access to the stadium.
I had a Membership during the 2010/11 Season which still has time remaining on it. Do I still hold my Loyalty Points from purchasing the Membership last season?
No, all Loyalty Points are wiped at the beginning of each season.
If I purchase a Junior Membership, can I purchase an adult ticket in the Members' Presale
No, Junior Members are only eligible to purchase Junior match tickets. However, if you purchase an Adult Membership you are eligible to purchase a Junior Ticket (subject to availability)
