GENERAL
The Club reserves the right to refuse Season Tickets to applicants at its absolute discretion.
Tickets purchased in home areas must be for QPR Supporters. Season Tickets and Memberships
are accepted on the condition that the Holder obeys the Ground Regulations, copies of
which are available for inspection on request and are on display around the Stadium. Season
Ticket Cards and Membership Cards remain the property of QPR Holdings Limited and are not
transferable. Loss or theft must be reported immediately to the Club. Replacements will be issued
(not on matchdays) at a charge of £10.
By applying for a Season Ticket/Membership you agree to abide by the Club's No Smoking Policy. Season Tickets expire on the 30th May 2012. Queens Park Rangers Football & Athletic Club Limited is a subsidiary of QPR Holdings Limited (Co No 3197756). The dates and kick off times of all fixtures are subject to alteration. The Club reserves the right to run promotional games without compensating Season Ticket Holders.
USE OF DATA
Queens Park Rangers Football Club or our business partners may inform you from time to time
by e-mail, telephone, SMS or direct mail regarding relevant news, information, services and
products offered by any of them which may be of interest to you.
The personal data shall be used by QPR and their business partners or representative to: (a)
Update and develop records and for assessment and analysis including market and product
research; (b) assist in providing services/products to you; and (c) to review, develop and improve
the services offered.
Where applicable, you consent to QPR processing your personal data, and disclosing your information to QPR's business partners and agents, for the above purposes. Please tick the box on the application form if you wish to opt out of the above. Remember that ticking the box will preclude you from receiving any special offers or promotions. You also consent to QPR transferring your information to Countries which do not provide the same level of data protection as the UK if necessary for the above purposes (for example when making travel arrangements for matches outside the UK). If QPR does make such a transfer, a contract will be put in place to ensure your information is protected.
By law you are entitled to receive a copy of information or data about you which is held by any of the Companies upon a payment of a small fee. You are also entitled to request rectification, erasure or blocking of any such information or data which is inaccurate or not up to date and held by QPR or the Companies.

If you have authorised us to contact you with offers and provided us with a Card (Mastercard/
Visa/Switch/Maestro) or Bank Account, you also authorise us to register your Card/account
number in the Club's Reward Programme to help reduce the cost of your support and provide
you access to Club Rewards and Credit.

CONCESSION TICKETS PROOF OF AGE REQUIREMENTS
PROOF OF AGE IS REQUIRED* to obtain a Kids U8 concessionary price (photocopy of birth
certificate/passport). To qualify, Kids must be under 8 on 1st August 2011 (born or after
01/08/2003). PROOF OF AGE IS REQUIRED* to obtain a Junior U16 concessionary price
(photocopy of birth certificate/passport). To qualify, the Junior must be under 16 on 1st August
2011 (born on or after 01/08/1995). PROOF OF AGE IS REQUIRED* to obtain a Young Adult 16-21
concessionary price (photocopy of birth certificate/passport). To qualify, the Young Adult must
be under 21 on 1st August 2011 (born on or after 01/08/1990). PROOF OF AGE IS REQUIRED*
to obtain a Senior Over 60 concessionary price (photocopy of birth certificate/passport). To
qualify, the Senior Citizen must be over 60 on 1st August 2011 (born on or before 01/08/1951).
*If you are an existing season ticket holder then proof of age is not required.
HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR SEASON TICKET
Cash/Cheque: You can pay for your Season Ticket(s) in full with one cheque (made payable to
QPR Holdings Ltd) or cash payment. However please do not send cash in the post.
Credit/Debit Card: We accept all Credit/Debit cards (with a £3.50 surcharge) except for Amex/
Diners.
Zebra Finance Scheme: Please complete both your application form and Zebra Finance application form for either the 10 month credit option or the 4 month interest free credit option and return to QPR Box Office.
